Travis Reber, DPM

Dr. Travis Reber joined Northern Arizona Podiatry in 2007. He is a native of Flagstaff and a graduate of Northern Arizona University. He completed Podiatry School at Des Moines University and then performed a 3 year surgical residency at the University of Utah Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Reber’s accomplishments and distinctions include:

  • Valedictorian: class of 2004 College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery
  • Clinical Student of the Year: CPMS 2003
  • Presidential Scholarship: 2000-2002 CPMS
  • Air Force ROTC Cadet of the year: NAU, 1996

Tyler Reber, DPM

Dr. Tyler Reber completed Podiatry School at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, not only graduating as valedictorian in his class but also being recognized as Midwestern University APMSA Student of the Year for the class of 2018.

Dr. Reber completed three years in intensive surgical training at the Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute in Tacoma, Washington. He is board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in both forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Tyler Reber was born and raised in Flagstaff. He also completed his undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University, graduating with a degree in Biology as a proud lumberjack. In his twenties, he enjoyed guiding guests through the Grand Canyon as a river rafting guide for seven years which is also where he met his sweetheart and now wife, Kelly. The two welcomed their first son to the world in November 2020 and their second son in September 2022. In his spare time, Dr. Reber enjoys time with his sons, wife, and extended family, mountain biking, hiking, and grilling up delicious meals.


Nicolette Dragony-Goff, MSN, APRN, CWOCN, FNP-C

Nikki comes to Northern Arizona Podiatry as a certified and dedicated wound and ostomy specialist providing expert wound and ostomy services to patients of all ages with wound care needs anywhere on the body.

Nikki completed nursing school in 2010 at Northern Arizona University, graduating cum laude at the top of her class. She spent the first 10 years of her career as a trauma/burn/med-surg nurse at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson where she went on to obtain her wound, ostomy, continence nurse certification (CWOCN) in 2014 from Metropolitan State University.

Nikki completed her Masters of Nursing—Clinical Systems Leadership from the University of Arizona in 2018, and later went on to obtain her Post-Masters Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Northern Arizona University in 2025. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Nikki brings to Northern Arizona Podiatry 11+ years of specialized, complex wound, burn, and ostomy training and expertise, including, but not limited to:

  • Chronic pressure injury care
  • Venous stasis ulcers/stasis dermatitis
  • Arterial insufficiency/ischemic ulcers
  • Neuropathic/diabetic foot ulcers
  • Traumatic wounds

Nikki relocated with her husband, Jason, and three kids to Flagstaff in 2022 to make her dream of raising their children in the Ponderosa Pines a reality. When she is not fulfilling her passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered holistic care to the people of Northern Arizona, Nikki is enjoying the vast outdoors with her family, hiking, bike-riding, river-rafting, skiing and rolling in the snow, watching her older son play soccer, her daughter play volleyball, chasing after her toddler who forces her cardio workouts, visiting local outdoor markets, and enjoying all the local eats!
